1. Telescoping Boom Cranes or Fold-A-Way Bumper Cranes?
The first step is to decide what type of crane would best suit your needs.
Telescoping Boom Cranes:
Can be mounted to any solid mobile or stationary platform.
Longer boom reach (multiple boom length & angle settings)

Fold-A-Way Bumper Cranes:
When folded down, crane is totally concealed in bumper and out of your way.
Heavy Duty bumper improves safety to you and your vehicle even when crane is not in use.
2. Type of Vehicle for application?
Our different Series of cranes are categorized to various types of vehicle applications.

Fold-A-Way Bumper Cranes
A-Series:
For Pickups (Mini, Mid, & Full Size)
S-Series: For Utility Vehicles (Service Bodies, Flatbeds, Cube & Sprinter Vans)
U-Series: For Utility Vehicles (Service Bodies, Flatbeds, & Cube Vans)
V-Series: For Vans (GM Savanna, Express & Ford Econoline Cargo Vans)

3. Lifting Capacity?
The most critical key in deciding which crane you need depends on how much weight you plan on lifting.
Within each crane Series, we have various models of different lifting capacities. Each crane is designed to that capacity and no more than that capacity. Thus, this becomes the most crucial element in deciding which crane is right for you.
